Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 3rd Annual Four Wheel Feastival!

All exhibitor space in the Four Wheel Feastival area is outdoors. You will need to provide your own cover, tables & chairs - or you may rent from our local vendor. There is NO ELECTRICAL service

While participating in activities at the Four Wheel Feastival each vendor is assumed to be voluntarily performing activities for which he/she assumes all risk, consequences, and potential liability. The undersigned hereby releases and hold harmless Daphpolite, LLC DBA Four Wheel Feasts and its agent or agents from any and all claims arising or resulting directly or indirectly from participation in activities at the Four Wheel Feastival. I authorize Daphpolite, LLC DBA Four Wheel Feasts to take necessary action in case of emergency if I am unable to be reached. In addition, I authorize the Daphpolite, LLC DBA Four Wheel Feasts to use photographs or recorded video in which I appear in promotional literature, ads, displays or any format representing the festival.
