The Culinary Gangster

The first time I was introduced to this food truck? Through a client who was looking for a specific type of truck for their event. The most difficult client for being my first booking gig. They wanted barbecue, but yet not a barbecue truck; they want tacos, because it was cinquo de mayo, but then not a Mexican truck; and they wanted to be able to provide regular American food and vegan. So I was puzzled! I started scouting for a truck. This food truck popped up call Butchery And Beyond. On the top of the truck was the big word Culinary Gangster.

Oh Shuck! Exploring the World of Oysters

They say it’s an Aphrodisiac, some say an elixir. All you have to do is swallow. I’ve tried several times, but was never able to enjoy that delicacy everyone was talking about. Trust me I tried—ugh. I really want to experience the pleasure. I gave up until I found out about The Oyster Lover Food Truck- oh shucks! I was excited and had to try it. After all, that’s what I do, eat at amazing food trucks

A GRAND Lemonade!

What is that saying? When life gives you lemons you make Lemonade! I think they forgot to mention you need to add a teaspoon of sugar, just-saying. I found a place who got it right. It’s a food truck in Phoenix, Arizona or should I say Liquid Truck..hahah. This truck only serves lemonade, about 18 different flavors O-M-G!
